Shipping conditions

We ship our products within Germany via DHL/DPD/Hermes.

Shipping costs are €4.90.

Shipping is free for orders over €59.

Delivery time

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-5 working days.

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Undeliverable shipments

Should a package be returned due to incorrect address information or failure to collect it, the customer will bear the costs for resending it.

You can return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and all tags and original packaging are present.

We will then send you all further information regarding the return.
